Earlier today, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) questioned Joshua D. Dunlap, to be United States Circuit Judge for the First Circuit, and Eric Chunyee Tung, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Ninth Circuit, before the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee.
