Earlier today, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) introduced Mr. Stephen Carmel, nominee for Administrator of the Maritime Administration, Ms. Laura DiBella, nominee to be a Federal Maritime Commissioner, Mr. Robert Harvey, nominee to be a Federal Maritime Commissioner and Mr. Timothy Petty, nominee to be Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Oceans and Atmosphere (NOAA) before the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation.
