Sen. Cruz Praises President Trump’s Nomination of Lawrence VanDyke to the Ninth Circuit

WASHINGTON, D.C. - U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas), member of the Senate Committee on the Judiciary, today issued the following statement on the nomination of Lawrence VanDyke to the Ninth Circuit:

"I am very pleased President Trump has nominated Lawrence VanDyke to the Ninth Circuit," Sen. Cruz said.
