The Obamacare Repeal Act

On February 2nd, Senator Cruz introduced legislation to fully repeal Obamacare that is supported by 47 senators.

The Obamacare Repeal Act (S.339) fully repeals Obamacare 180 days after its enactment, giving Congress and the states six months to develop and vote on patient-oriented health care reforms.
